What section options are available?

There are several options available for use with a section:

Option	Indicates the section…
Entry and print	Is a section that contains variable fields. It is used during data entry and is printed.
Entry only	Is used during data entry. The section contains variable fields, however the section never prints. These sections are designed for electronic image exchange.
Hidden	Is neither displayed nor printed. A form marked hidden only appears on the Form Selection window in the data entry system. The hidden section is a segment on a page with other sections. The hidden segment never appears in the data entry system and never prints.
Optional back	Only prints on the back page when you use duplex rolling.
Placeholder	The form is hidden from view in the data entry system and does not print or occupy space. Data can be embedded on the form for later use.
Print only	Is a static section which is printed but does not contain variable fields.
View and print	Displays but the section does not contain variable fields. This section can be printed.
View only	Displays but the section itself does not contain variable fields. This section is never printed. Such sections are used for reference information.

You choose one of these options for a section using the Form Section Options in Studio.
